Congratulations to our 2025 Employees of the Year

We had a great time celebrating our 11 exceptional Employees of the Year Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026 at the Liberty Aviation Museum! It was a fun experience eating lunch under the wing of a 1928 Ford Tri-Motor Plane! 

Congratulations to these hardworking employees, who all go above and beyond to be living examples of our Mission. 

  • Port Clinton Voc Hab: Rose Greener
    • A participant in our Port Clinton Voc Hab, Rose produces quality work and takes pride in that work. She always strives to meet her production goals and is an active participant in the Works4Me Program.
  • Sandusky Store: Bernice Johnson
    • Bernice has exceptional customer service and covers shifts for her fellow employees whenever possible. She works hard, stays busy and sets a positive example of a model cashier for her coworkers.
  • Bellevue Plant: Jordan Karr
    • A monumental asset in the merger of our two plants in 2025, Jordan is always willing to lend a hand, has great attendance and is always willing to do work out of the scope of his job description. He continually goes above and beyond.
  • Norwalk Store: Deborah Steffanni
    • Deborah is fast, efficient and very reliable. She has great attendance and goes out of her way to guide and help customers.
  • Fremont Store: Cathy Schultz
    • A great team member, Cathy is aways at work and on time, and will help anyone who needs direction.
  • Huron Store: John Selzer
    • John keeps the backroom running smoothly, provides great customer service at the donor door and has a great relationship with his coworkers.
  • Bellevue Store: Teri Stidham
    • Teri has an excellent work ethic and perfect attendance. She exhibits excellent job performance and goes above and beyond for the team and our valued customers.
  • Port Clinton Store: Melony Shortridge
    • Melony has a great personality, is great with customers and has an excellent work ethic.
  • Willard Store: Cathi Twaddle
    • Cathi always gives her best when working. She is cross-trained and always willing to work wherever needed. She’s also friendly and outgoing with customers.
  • Headquarters: Deanna Wybensinger
    • Deanna has done a phenomenal job taking over the payroll position on short notice. She is a team player, always friendly and willing to help others out. She is also very good at taking ownership of tasks and finding answers on her own. She works efficiently and gets her tasks done before deadlines.
  • Sandusky Voc Hab: Cara Volz
    • Cara is working very hard to improve her daily production. She has been open to trying new work tasks and is an active participant in the Works4Me Program.
